In addition to our typical cancellation windows and rights, we are offering a worry-free cancellation option with full refund for any booked vacations during the window of December 12th, 2020 to April 10th, 2021, as long as any of the below criteria are met:
- Arrival in or departure from Austria is not possible due to entry restrictions / border closures
- Austria, Tirol/Tyrolia or our region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is considered a high-risk travel area of the highest rating per your government's official guidelines
- You would be required to quarantine at home for 3 or more nights upon your return
